Kristin Brouwer
Kristin Brouwer is a seasoned leader and educator with over 20 years of experience in ministry and education. She currently serves as the Director of Campus Ministries at Dordt University, where she is dedicated to equipping students for transformational impact through spiritual formation, leadership development, and pastoral care. Her deep commitment to nurturing faith and character in young adults is grounded in two decades of service across Christian higher education and discipleship ministries.
Kristin holds a Master of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and Leadership at Portland Seminary. Throughout her career, including her recent tenure as Director of Discipleship at Northwestern College, she has led student leaders, taught in the Biblical and Theological Studies department, and even taken the stage as a TEDx speaker. Outside of her professional work, Kristin enjoys running, working out, watching football, and relaxing with reality TV—balancing the intensity of ministry with joy and playfulness.
