Kristy Painter
Kristy Painter is a dedicated security professional and certified forklift operator whose career reflects resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to protecting people and critical environments. With experience across Allied Universal and Allied Security Services, Kristy has patrolled high-security DoD spaces at Northrop Grumman’s North Plant, managing access control, asset protection, and incident reporting with professionalism and precision. Her work in security is grounded in reliability, vigilance, and a deep respect for safety protocols.
In addition to her security background, Kristy has contributed to her community as a caregiver and cafeteria worker within the Logan-Cache school districts—roles that highlight her compassion, patience, and service-minded approach. She holds a forklift operations certificate from Bridgerland Technical College and brings a wide skill set spanning investigation, written communication, food safety, and equipment operations. Whether she’s safeguarding a facility or supporting students, Kristy brings the same focus, consistency, and strong work ethic.
Kristy is currently in a transition period, maintaining her security license and clearance while preparing for a move that will open new doors in her career. Known for her adaptability and drive, she continues to explore opportunities that align with her goals and strengths. Outside of work, she enjoys sports, physical activity, and living a hands-on, hardworking lifestyle rooted in her Utah community.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to loving what I do, and although I’m currently on a sabbatical, I’m looking forward to getting back into the business soon.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are adventure, curiosity, and a love for the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, racing, riding motorcycles, or four-wheel driving—along with a passion for learning and understanding firearms and ammunition.
