She currently serves as Manager of Instructional Design at dnata, where she develops innovative digital training solutions, manages the Learning Management System, conducts global train-the-trainer sessions, and ensures compliance with mandatory training requirements. Laronica has a proven record of directing large-scale projects and building strong enterprise-wide alliances to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Her career spans multiple leadership and talent development roles, including positions at Portfolio Recovery Associates, VXI Global Solutions, West Corporation, and Goodyear Super Car Care Center, where she consistently drove workforce training, skills development, and operational excellence. Laronica is APRM certified as an Accredited Project Manager and has earned specialized certifications in onboarding program development and HR practices.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being a wife and mother, loving what I do, and consistently investing in myself. Balancing personal and professional life while staying passionate about my work has been a guiding force in my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To young women entering the industry, my advice is to invest in yourself, leverage available resources, seek out mentors, join professional communities, and always commit to learning as much as possible. These actions help build confidence, expertise, and meaningful connections that can shape your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I face in this industry is coordinating and getting all parties aligned across different time zones. It requires patience, organization, and clear communication to ensure projects run smoothly.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value integrity, positivity, commitment, and teamwork in both my personal and professional life. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing at the beach and taking staycations with my husband, which help me recharge and maintain balance.
