Laura Williams, MBA, MHA, LPTA, CBIS, serves as the Executive Director for Sacramento and San Jose at Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation. With a career spanning over a decade in physical therapy and healthcare administration, Laura has developed a strong expertise in neurorehabilitation, orthopedic care, and patient-centered treatment programs. Her leadership at Rehab Without Walls® focuses on delivering high-quality, in-home rehabilitation services that empower patients to achieve their fullest potential.

Before assuming her current executive role, Laura built a solid foundation as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, working with diverse populations across multiple rehabilitation centers, including Special Tree Rehabilitation System and Encore Rehabilitation Services. She also gained extensive experience in healthcare operations, data analysis, and revenue cycle management, which enables her to integrate clinical expertise with operational efficiency. Her holistic approach emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based practices, and personalized care to optimize patient outcomes.

Laura earned both her Master of Health Administration (MHA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, complementing her clinical background with advanced leadership and management skills. Recognized for her communication, analytical, and organizational abilities, she is passionate about mentoring healthcare professionals and advancing the field of neurorehabilitation. Outside of her professional work, Laura remains committed to community engagement and supporting initiatives that enhance patient care and accessibility.
