Lauren Clifton, M.S., is an accomplished Human Capital Management (HCM) professional with over five years of experience helping organizations optimize their people strategies through consultative guidance and tailored technology. Currently serving as an HCM Account Executive at Paylocity, Lauren partners with HR and business leaders to present payroll, HR, and talent solutions designed to elevate the employee experience. Drawing on her prior experience as a Solutions Consultant, she combines product expertise with interpersonal communication skills to deliver client-focused solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
Lauren’s career trajectory reflects a strong commitment to building trusted relationships and empowering organizations to achieve long-term success. Before joining Paylocity, she held various roles in HR and business consulting, including Human Resources Business Consultant at ADP, and Solutions Sales Executive positions with a focus on population health and healthcare technology. Her background in psychology, sociology, and women’s and gender studies, combined with a Master of Science from Villanova University, enables her to approach challenges with empathy, strategic insight, and a people-centered perspective.
Outside of her professional life, Lauren is a dedicated volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and actively engages in initiatives focused on poverty alleviation.
