Lea Lach

Lea Lach is an accomplished Project Attorney based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with extensive experience in employment law, labor relations, civil practice, and legal project management. Currently serving at KLDiscovery, she provides high-quality research, analysis, and project support for complex legal matters, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects of her work.

Her legal foundation was strengthened during her time at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor and served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Technology, Law & Policy. She authored a published article on cloud computing risks and client confidentiality, blending technical insight with legal expertise. Additionally, through the Peggy Browning Fellowship, Lea gained hands-on labor law experience by composing memorandums on employees’ ability to collect unemployment compensation across 21 states, summarizing labor-related court and NLRB decisions, analyzing state statutes affecting unions and employees, and drafting arguments supporting briefs in declaratory judgment actions.
