Lilia Valitova
Lilia Valitova is a distinguished composer, pianist, and the founder of Valitova Productions, a music production company she co-created with her partner Moshe Shafrir in 2003. Based in Albany, California, Lilia has dedicated her career to producing and performing music that resonates deeply with audiences. Her compositions often draw inspiration from Jewish folk and liturgical music, reflecting both her cultural heritage and her lifelong passion for classical music.
A graduate of the Moscow State Conservatory named after P. I. Tchaikovsky, Lilia earned her Ph.D. in Theory of Music, excelling in harmony and fugue under the guidance of esteemed professors. Her academic accomplishments were recognized as extraordinary, with her work compared to that of the renowned Russian composer Sergei Taneev. In addition, she pursued studies in holistic health and nutrition at Bauman College, becoming a certified Nutritional Consultant in Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, and has since accumulated over five years of experience in wellness, health, and nutrition, helping clients achieve balance and vitality through mindful practices.
In addition to her classical music achievements, Lilia continues to share her artistry with the world through performances and recordings. Notably, on June 16, 2009, she held a solo piano concert and CD release party for her album “Yearning” at the JCC of Berkeley, California. Beyond music, she empowers clients globally through Thought Field Therapy, nutrition coaching, and art therapy, blending her creative talents with a deep commitment to health, well-being, and personal transformation. Her work embodies a dedication to creativity, growth, and the transformative power of art.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a lifelong dedication to creativity, discipline, and the pursuit of meaningful impact. As a classically trained composer with an album on major platforms, I have nurtured my passion for music throughout my life. Since the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, I have embraced a new calling: empowering clients globally through Thought Field Therapy, nutrition coaching, and the transformative power of art therapy, which I hold especially dear. What drives me most is a commitment to collective well-being, as I believe that taking charge of our health is one of the most important forms of personal discipline. For me, success is not just about productivity it is about helping others build healthier, happier, and truly transformed lives.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my work and personal life are rooted in well-being, growth, and connection. I am deeply committed to helping others achieve balance and transformation, whether through music, therapy, or nutrition coaching. Curiosity and self-discovery are central to my approach, and I embrace practices like astrology and healing as ways to better understand ourselves and the world around us. Above all, I strive to live with compassion, integrity, and a dedication to empowering others to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
