Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my family, who keep me grounded, and to having a clear, purpose-driven approach in everything I do. Curiosity and a mindset of continuous improvement have guided me to learn and grow at every stage of my career. I also strive to lead with boldness and courage, making decisions that drive meaningful impact while staying true to my values.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always figure out how to get your “yes.” It’s about being proactive, resourceful, and persistent—finding solutions, addressing concerns, and presenting your ideas in a way that creates opportunities rather than obstacles.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to get clear on what you’re trying to accomplish and don’t be afraid to dream big. Be persistent, stay focused on your goals, and never take “no” as the final answer—use every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the sheer volume of information available and figuring out how to narrow it down to what is most relevant for each child and their family. The opportunity lies in guiding parents effectively—helping them access the right resources, make informed decisions, and support their child’s unique needs in a way that truly makes a difference.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, excellence, collaboration, and purpose. I strive to uphold high standards in everything I do, work in true partnership with others, and stay focused on meaningful outcomes that positively impact people’s lives.
