Lora Coleman

Lora Coleman began her professional life as a teacher before founding Embodied Revolution, an empowering brand for purpose-led women who are ready to elevate their embodiment. Embodied Revolution (or Em. Rev. for short) started as a casual mindset podcast and evolved into a platform for empowering women through mentorship, courses, speaking, and even a TV network series through Women's Thrive Network.
Drawing on her master’s degree in education and her teaching experience, Lora combines evidence-based strategies with embodiment practices to help women remove blocks, heal inner wounds, and step confidently into their highest potential.
Her personal healing and transformation inspired her mission to help women build authenticity and confidence through authentic embodiment. As a speaker, emcee, and mentor, she empowers audiences to activate an elevated identity and embrace their true selves, turning insight into actionable growth.
Through Embodied Revolution, Lora demonstrates that women were meant to have it all. Her unique methods such as "Claim Without Shame", and "Face and Replace", were designed to make embodiment realistic to help women live more confidently, without feeling fake.
Based in Geismar, Louisiana, Lora continues to expand her reach, speaking at high-impact events, most recently Bold and Bank Live, where she encourages women to make bold moves that align with their desires while empowering them from where they are now.
Her passion lies in public speaking, motivational mentorship, embodiment transformation, and leadership development, making her a trusted guide for women ready to revolutionize their inner being and live aligned with their true purpose. More importantly, to embody their authentic identity.

What do you attribute your success to?
My success was born from always knowing that I wanted more, and then finding resources through other podcasts and books from people with similar backgrounds and mindsets. People who were brave and open enough to speak their truth before me helped me reach success. Marley Rose Harris and Francesca Amber were two women podcasters who really helped me see myself in this role. In my personal life, the support of my husband has helped me succeed because he always believes in me and cheers me on.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Money follows passion
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to anyone would be to "live inside out". Look internally to create core values. Then, use that as a foundation to propel everything else you do. Do not let external factors dictate your life. Always look within to get curious about what is being reflected in your life.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my industry right now are misconceptions and temporary fixes. One common misconception is that top brands are only about the money when we celebrate wealth. This is a misconception I would like to break because we can build wealth and remain purposeful. On the other hand, another challenge is that some women who want a quick fix to feel transformed. I hope for clients to implement embodiment as a way of being on a cellular level.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity is one of the top priorities for my personal and work life. I tell all my clients that when they hire me, I am not trying to make them like me. Embodied Revolution is about elevating what is already within each individual. Self value is important to the brand and my life. My life is closely intertwined with the brand because I live as the evidence of Embodied Revolution every day. Therefore, the same values in the brand are what I bring into my personal life as well. I truly love what I do with Embodied Revolution so my interests are the same as the brand. Other than that, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, celebrating moments in life, and just learning.
