The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always be consistent in my efforts and actions, and have great communication skills. I've also been told business is a good thing to get into!
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to start by practicing with friends and family to build confidence and skills. It's important to be confident in your skills. If you know that you have something there, work on it and practice with friends/family.
It is a niche thing to get into, but not the structure of everything else!
Then once you have a bit of a following, you can make websites, put it on all your social media, market it all, EVERYWHERE. You can do it!
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is attracting a Remote Full-time job in Customer support/service etc. Where you call for a company and you help the others on the line. I want to do this for a while(while still practicing and promoting my business) and I want them to see that. And that I'd be a great choice due to my equipment and my work ethic!
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being honest. Honesty really really is the best policy. As well as communication, to help your values. But honesty and support are the best things to have.
