Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my faith and the strength of my community. My faith has grounded me through challenges, and the support of those around me has continually lifted me up and reminded me of my purpose.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to find someone who is truly excellent at what they do—and learn everything you can from them. Be a sponge. Ask questions, even when you’re unsure. Don’t be afraid to say, “I don’t know.” Be your authentic self, focus on what you’re naturally great at, and prioritize building strong, genuine relationships along the way. Those connections and that curiosity will take you far.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is finding and maintaining a healthy balance between work and home. The emotional demands of this work can be all-consuming, so creating boundaries and prioritizing self-care has become both a personal necessity and a professional goal.
