What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be myself, ask as many questions as possible, and absorb everything around me like a sponge. This approach has helped me learn continuously, adapt quickly, and grow both personally and professionally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to stay committed and follow through with your pursuits. Persistence, dedication, and seeing your goals through to completion are key to building a successful and fulfilling career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
End of the year being busy and the stress but there's always something new to learn.

The most important values to me in both my work and personal life are trust, hard work, teamwork, honesty, and having faith. These principles guide my decisions, shape my interactions, and help me stay grounded and focused on what truly matters.
