Melody Flores, MBA is an accomplished project management professional currently serving as Manager of US Project Services at Pandell, an ESG Company. With over seven years of experience in the energy software sector, Melody leads a team responsible for implementing technical systems and software solutions for medium to large-scale client projects. She excels at bridging the gap between clients, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined, executed efficiently, and delivered on time and within budget.
Prior to her current role, Melody progressed through key positions at Pandell, including Project Owner/Lead and Implementation Specialist, where she honed her expertise in project coordination, client relationship management, and process improvement. She has a proven track record of analyzing client needs, developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets and schedules, and resolving complex technical challenges, all while fostering collaboration and mentorship within her team.
Melody holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the University of Houston-Downtown Marilyn Davies College of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics with a minor in General Business. Fluent in Spanish, she is also committed to community service, volunteering with the Houston Food Bank.
