What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, my dedication to the field, and a personal battle that has shaped who I am today. I am a leukemia survivor and have been in remission for the past three years. That journey gave me a renewed drive to succeed and a deep appreciation for both my career and my life outside of work.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was, “You can do it all!” I’ve carried that with me, and it’s a reminder that as a woman, I don’t have to choose between a career and a family—I can thrive in both.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The advice I give to young women entering this industry is simple but powerful: work hard and never give up, no matter the challenges you face. There will be obstacles, but perseverance and belief in yourself will always pay off.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my career has been pushing myself to continually grow. I’ve watched myself evolve in sales, and I’m constantly setting new goals to achieve. That drive keeps me motivated and ensures that I never stop improving.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Personally and professionally, I value hard work and always doing my absolute best. I’ve been honored to receive Presidents Club and MVP of the Year several times during my career. Beyond my career, I find the greatest joy in spending time with my husband and our two children—a three-year-old son and a seven-year-old daughter—who inspire me daily.
