My advice to young women entering this industry is to find a mentor and move forward with confidence. Having someone to guide you, challenge you, and share their experience can make all the difference in your professional growth. Learn as much as you can, trust your abilities, and don’t be afraid to take up space — every step you take builds the foundation for your success.

The values most important to me, both professionally and personally, are being present, honest, and hardworking.
