Molly Cullen

Molly Cullen is a Benefit Integration Analyst and Consultant with a strong background in account management, client training, and SaaS platform optimization. She began her career early, developing interpersonal and problem-solving skills that now define her professional approach. At Paragon Partners, she became a driving force behind implementing Employee Navigator integrations, independently teaching herself the platform’s advanced capabilities and pitching new solutions that have since become central to the company’s sales strategy. Today, as a Consultant with Broker Integration Strategies, Molly leverages her expertise in electronic data interchange (EDI), client relationships, and CRM software to streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and create scalable efficiencies across multiple states.
Known for her “white glove” client service, Molly goes beyond technical solutions by providing hands-on training, conflict resolution, and personalized support. She has successfully managed over 100 integrations, saving staff time, reducing human error, and improving overall data quality. Her ability to turn challenges into opportunities has also led to key wins, including retaining major accounts and creating training programs that improved new-hire success. Currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity at WGU, Molly is building on her passion for learning and problem-solving, working toward certifications in areas such as Network Security, Security Analytics, and PenTesting.
Outside of work, Molly is just as driven and adventurous. She’s often found training for races, exploring San Diego’s food scene with friends, or enjoying time with her dog, Jacy. Her combination of technical expertise, client-first mindset, and continuous drive for growth reflects her commitment to making a lasting impact in the benefits integration and cybersecurity fields.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience and adaptability—moving from Nebraska to Arizona, starting at a general agency just as COVID hit, and quickly learning Employee Navigator, which I’ve now specialized in for over two years. I’m especially proud of helping a broker double her business through the integrations and support I provided.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to lead with integrity, maintain balance in all you do, and approach every interaction with kindness—it will set you apart and build lasting trust.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are mentorship, growth, and well-being—I’ve been inspired by incredible women like Sandie Diarden and Heather Wunderly who have guided and encouraged me on my journey. Outside of work, I value balance through fitness, running, and yoga on the beach, which keep me grounded and energized.
