What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of authenticity, initiative, and collaboration. As the host of Sustainable Solutions at Planet Aid, I’ve spent the past five years shaping the brand’s social media voice and communications strategy—launching my podcast on day one and ensuring our story is shared with clarity and impact. I take pride in connecting departments and bringing people together to communicate our mission efficiently and effectively.
For me, my greatest achievement is staying true to who I am. Whether I’m leading an event, producing a podcast, or managing my church’s award-winning newsletter for the past 15 years, I strive to bring authenticity and consistency to every project I touch. I am fueled by supportive leadership that empowers me to share ideas, see them take shape publicly, and grow from the feedback I receive.
Beyond my professional work, I invest my energy in personal projects—like my own podcast and cooking network—always identifying what needs to be done and taking action. I thrive on creating meaningful connections and initiatives that leave a lasting impact.
