My advice to young women entering this industry is to understand from the start that this is not a typical 9-to-5 career. Success requires dedication, hard work, and a willingness to invest the time and effort needed to excel.

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is collaborating with people who don’t move at the same pace. At the same time, this presents an opportunity to develop patience, adaptability, and strong leadership skills, which are essential for driving projects forward effectively.
