Morgan Tsai

With over 20 years of experience in interior design, Morgan has built a distinguished career helping clients transform their spaces into beautiful, functional, and deeply personal environments. As a designer at Ethan Allen’s Dublin Design Center for the past decade, she has played a key role in evolving the company’s design services—most notably during the pandemic, when Ethan Allen transitioned from 2D floor plans to interactive 3D room drawings. This innovation allowed clients to visualize their designs in new and exciting ways, strengthening engagement and enhancing the overall design experience.
Morgan is known for her client-centered approach, offering comprehensive design consultations that include furniture layouts, color consulting with Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams palettes, and custom 3D renderings. Fluent in both Mandarin and English and Hunter Douglas certified, she works closely with clients to create cohesive spaces that reflect their lifestyles, tastes, and budgets. She also collaborates with real estate agents through her design trade program, combining creativity and strategy to deliver homes that feel both timeless and uniquely personal.
Her award-winning work has earned her multiple Ethan Allen Diamond and Platinum Spirit Awards, along with recognition for Design Excellence. Outside of her client projects, Morgan enjoys presenting her design process to students at Las Positas College and exploring open houses to gather fresh inspiration. She believes that great design is more than decorating—it’s about creating “home sweet home,” a philosophy that continues to define her success and passion for interior design.
