Morgan Watson

Morgan Watson is a results-driven Business Intelligence Analyst at Delek Logistics Partners, where she leverages data analytics to support strategic decision-making and improve operational performance. With a strong background in procurement, supply chain planning, and business operations, Morgan brings a unique analytical perspective to the logistics and energy sectors.

Prior to joining Delek, Morgan served for nearly seven years as a Procurement & Planning Analyst at H2O Midstream, LLC, where she played a key role in optimizing supply chain workflows, forecasting inventory needs, and driving procurement efficiency. She also gained valuable experience in warehousing and logistics through roles at QLS Logistics & Transportation and Bell Helicopter (now Bell Flight), where she served as a Supply Chain Intern.

Morgan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and was a member of the National Honor Society. Known for her strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, she is passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights that add measurable value to the business. Outside of work, she is committed to community involvement through past volunteer work with Alpha Phi and Frisco Resale.
