The biggest challenges in my field are navigating being one of the few women in technology and embracing mistakes as learning opportunities, while the greatest opportunities come from using those experiences to grow, innovate, and progress.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are family connection, quality time, and staying active, whether through playing tennis with my daughters or enjoying a good movie together.
