The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always seek out mentorship and never get too comfortable. If you’re comfortable, it means you’re not pushing yourself, and growth happens when you challenge yourself and learn from others.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to really learn the science and understand how things work, so you can see the big picture. Stay curious, ask questions, and make it a priority to surround yourself with successful people who can guide and inspire you.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the decrease in consumption, which is pushing us to innovate, adapt strategies, and find new ways to engage consumers while maintaining growth and efficiency.
