Dr. Neha Anand
Dr. Neha Anand is an Assistant Professor in the Teacher Education Department at Midway University in Kentucky. With a strong academic foundation, she holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Lamar University. Her work focuses on curriculum development, K–12 education, STEM integration, education technology, and informal learning environments. Dr. Anand is passionate about preparing future educators and is dedicated to creating engaging, inclusive, and innovative learning experiences.
Since joining Midway University in 2022, she has actively contributed to the institution’s academic presence through research, conference presentations, and student mentorship. Her scholarly work has been recognized widely, including being one of the most downloaded articles in School Science and Mathematics for 2021. Whether representing her university at national conferences or supporting student research, Dr. Anand is committed to advancing the field of teacher education through collaboration, research, and a deep commitment to equity and excellence in education.

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now are staying on top of constant changes and providing consistent support to both teachers and students.
