Their influence has shaped my mindset, strengthened my confidence, and helped me become the professional I am today.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mom, who taught me to never lower my expectations. She encouraged me to keep my standards high, stay focused, and pursue excellence in everything I do. That guidance has shaped my work ethic and continues to drive my success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to always ask questions and stay curious. Don’t hesitate to put yourself in the middle of conversations that can broaden your understanding—those moments will prepare you to confidently support others in the future. Engaging, learning, and speaking up are some of the most powerful ways to grow.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in this field is its wide range of specialties. With so many directions to explore, it can be challenging to identify where your strengths truly shine. At the same time, that variety creates incredible opportunities to discover your passion, build unique skills, and shape a career path that aligns with your talents.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me most are loyalty, dedication, and drive. I believe in staying committed to my goals, supporting the people around me, and consistently showing up with the determination to grow and make a meaningful impact.
