The best career advice I’ve ever received is to step out of my shell and make myself visible. Embracing opportunities to showcase my skills and share my ideas has been instrumental in my growth, allowing me to connect with others, build meaningful relationships, and advance in my career.

I would advise young women entering my industry to explore all available resources and remain open to new approaches. It’s important not to get stuck in outdated methods but to stay curious, adaptable, and willing to learn from every opportunity.

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the latest advancements in AI technology. These innovations are transforming how we work, creating new possibilities for efficiency, creativity, and problem-solving, while also challenging us to adapt and continuously expand our skills.
