Pamela Duran

Pamela Duran is a highly accomplished QA Release Manager at Herschend Family Entertainment, where she leads quality assurance strategy, testing, and delivery with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and efficiency. She brings more than 20 years of experience across industries, with past leadership roles at First Citizens Bank, Brightstar Corp., SPH Analytics, and American Safety Insurance. Over the course of her career, Pamela has specialized in building strong QA processes, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement in both Agile and enterprise environments.

Her educational background includes earning an MBA in Business Management from Shorter University, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List, and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Quality Improvement from Champlain College. She has also advanced her technical expertise through a Cyber Security Certification, a Yellow Belt with Six Sigma, and a Scrum Master Certification. These achievements reflect her commitment to lifelong learning and to staying ahead in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Beyond her professional life, Pamela is a podcast host, singer, and songwriter, bringing creativity and authenticity into every space she occupies.
