Radhika Reddy Ayyala is an accomplished Product Manager with over eight years of experience specializing in customer service optimization, contact center automation, and CRM integrations. She has honed her expertise in IVR call flows, agent routing, and integrating Genesys Cloud with Salesforce, leveraging Agile methodologies to drive process improvements and deliver measurable results. Radhika excels in documentation, creating user stories, developing roadmaps, and utilizing CRM tools to enhance the overall customer experience.
