What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my passion for the quality of the product I represent, the people I work with—my bosses, my team, and my customers—and the daily impact of what I provide to others. Caring deeply about every aspect of my work has always driven me to give my best. A mentor who has greatly influenced me is Jane Grote Abell, Donatos Pizza Chairwoman of the Board, Author & Speaker Columbus, Ohio. I admire her dedication, her passion for the company, and her relentless work ethic. Watching her lead by example has inspired me to elevate my own commitment and performance. One of my proudest moments was being approached by major sporting venues and securing donations for community causes that bring people together. I’ve also had the unique opportunity to meet Fitz and the Tantrums while catering a live studio event for the number one radio station in Cleveland, as well as feeding the NFL teams throughout my career—experiences that are both rewarding and unforgettable.
