By embracing opportunities fully and remaining open to growth, I’ve been able to advance in my field while also evolving as a person.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to always maintain a connection to your career, even if you need to take a break. Staying engaged—through networking, learning, or keeping up with industry trends—makes it much easier to re-enter and continue advancing when the time is right.
