I attribute my success to resilience, grit, and the discipline of execution — paired with curiosity, generosity, and humility. Each of these traits has helped me grow through challenges, adapt with courage, and lead with purpose.

The best advice I’ve received is to stay curious, remain humble, and never stop learning. Growth begins where comfort ends, and the willingness to keep evolving is what keeps you relevant and impactful.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Confidently pursue your dreams, even when the path feels uncertain. Build genuine relationships, approach every interaction with positivity, and remember that success is multiplied when you lift others as you climb.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating a male-dominated environment, but it also presents a powerful opportunity to break barriers, amplify diverse voices, and pave the way for greater inclusivity and representation.

Passion, purpose, and discipline. I believe in finding joy and meaning in the work, staying grounded in my values, and executing with excellence. These principles guide me as a mother, a founder, and a leader.
