I attribute my success to determination, inspiration, and a genuine passion for the trucking and logistics industry. My interest in this field was sparked by my father, and since then, I have been committed to learning and growing in every aspect of my career. One of my proudest achievements was earning my bachelor’s degree at the age of 38, a milestone that reflects both perseverance and dedication. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in my field, including supervising and mentoring numerous drivers, which has further strengthened my expertise and leadership abilities.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always respect other people’s time, especially when they take the time to call or meet with you. Being punctual, prepared, and mindful of someone’s schedule not only shows professionalism but also builds trust and strengthens relationships.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is ensuring that both drivers and clients are well supported. Balancing the needs of our drivers while delivering excellent service to clients requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Successfully managing this balance not only helps maintain operational efficiency but also builds trust and loyalty across the team and with our clients.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are curiosity, growth, and balance. I enjoy exploring nature and reading, which help me stay grounded, continue learning, and bring fresh perspectives to my work.
