To young women entering the industry, I encourage you to stand firm in your beliefs and let your voice be heard. Your perspective matters, and asserting yourself with confidence is key to success.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the challenges I face in this industry is navigating a male-dominated environment while maintaining work-life balance. It requires resilience, patience, and strategic planning to thrive.
