Sharmila Prasad is an accomplished Office Manager with over two decades of experience in administrative leadership and operational management. Currently serving at H&H Machining Center, Inc., she oversees all aspects of Human Resources, Accounting, and office administration, ensuring the seamless functioning of daily operations. Sharmila works closely with the Company President to manage sales, vendor relations, customer service, and internal communications, consistently maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across all responsibilities.

Throughout her career, Sharmila has demonstrated expertise in managing complex HR functions, including recruiting, training, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. She is also highly skilled in accounting operations, from accounts payable and receivable to QuickBooks management and financial reporting. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping have been instrumental in supporting audits, risk analysis, and overall organizational efficiency.

Sharmila earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from RMIT University, complementing her extensive practical experience with formal business education. Beyond her professional achievements, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through gym workouts, hiking, and traveling, and she has a keen interest in shopping.
