Sheri Allen

Sheri Allen is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist for the United States Space Force at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. With over two decades of progressive HR experience within the U.S. Air Force and now the Space Force, Sheri brings deep expertise in employee relations, compensation, operational planning, and workforce development. Her leadership has supported mission-critical personnel operations across multiple military installations, ensuring compliance, enhancing HR efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
Sheri holds a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from American Military University, as well as a Master’s in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for implementing impactful HR programs, from coordinating large-scale employee recognition initiatives to recovering substantial assets through operational audits. A dedicated public servant and volunteer, Sheri also devotes time to youth and family support organizations, reflecting her passion for service both inside and outside of the workplace.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to get involved early—volunteer with your unit during holidays, engage in community outreach, and explore passions outside of work like reading, fitness, and creative hobbies to stay balanced and grounded.
