Stacey Loomis
Carolina Prado is an Assurance Senior at EY, where she contributes to the firm’s mission of delivering high-quality audit and assurance services across diverse industries. Since joining EY in 2022, she has advanced from Assurance Staff to Senior, demonstrating strong technical expertise, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in client service. Her professional journey builds on early experience as an intern with both PAAST CPA and Colbert Boue & Associates, where she gained foundational skills in auditing, financial analysis, and accounting operations.
Carolina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. During her academic career, she was involved in several leadership and service organizations, including the Florida Leadership Academy, Fisher School of Accounting Council, and Delta Gamma Sorority. These roles helped shape her collaborative mindset, leadership abilities, and strong work ethic, which she continues to apply in her professional life.
Beyond her career, Carolina is deeply committed to community engagement and charitable initiatives. She has contributed significantly to Dance Marathon at the University of Florida, doubling her fundraising goals and participating in events benefiting Children’s Miracle Network hospitals. As Lead Fundraising Coordinator for the Miami Learning Experience School, she organized large-scale community events that raised tens of thousands of dollars to support educational and therapeutic resources. Passionate about mentorship, service, and personal growth, Carolina strives to make a meaningful impact both within her profession and in the communities she serves.
