Storie Titus is a dynamic business leader, community advocate, and the Business Development Manager at Advent Trinity Marketing Agency, where she plays a pivotal role in helping businesses grow through strategic partnerships, innovative marketing solutions, and relationship-driven leadership. Known for her passion, integrity, and commitment to excellence, Storie has become a recognized force in Arlington’s business community.
Her professional journey is guided by a simple but powerful philosophy: show up early, stay prepared, and leave every person or place better than you found it. Storie embodies this belief in both business and life, using her voice, vision, and compassion to lift others and create pathways for success.
Beyond her work in marketing, Storie is the co-founder of Titus Nation, a nonprofit organization she and her husband launched to provide underprivileged youth across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex access to elite coaching, mentorship, and AAU basketball opportunities. Understanding that financial barriers often prevent talented young athletes from pursuing competitive sports, Titus Nation was built to bridge that gap. Through scholarships, community support, and hands-on guidance, the organization ensures that young people—regardless of their circumstances—have a place to develop not just as athletes, but as leaders.
What began as a passion project has evolved into a transformative movement, offering hope, structure, and opportunity to youth who may not otherwise be given a chance. Titus Nation reflects Storie’s heart for service and her unwavering belief that every child deserves access to excellence.
As a proud mother of four, Storie draws inspiration from her children, whose resilience motivates her daily to overcome challenges and show others what is possible through faith, work ethic, and perseverance. She extends this heart for mentorship into her role as host of Advent Trinity’s “Market It With ATMA” podcast, where she shares insights, strategies, and stories that empower entrepreneurs across the region.
Whether she is building partnerships, amplifying small businesses, or pouring into the next generation through her nonprofit, Storie Titus leads with purpose, innovation, and a deep commitment to impact. Her work continues to shape the North Texas community — making her one of Arlington’s most influential women, not just for what she has achieved, but for what she inspires in others

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to building strong relationships and serving others with integrity. From leading nonprofit initiatives like Titus Nation to working with high-profile clients in sales and communications, I’ve learned that trust and connection drive real results. Storytelling, mentorship, and empowering others have been the keys to both my professional growth and the impact I create in my community.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to build relationships, not transactions. Early on, I was encouraged that my ability to connect with clients and build rapport would be the key to lasting success. That philosophy became the foundation of my approach: people may not remember the pitch, but they remember how you made them feel. When you prioritize people, revenue naturally follows.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is simple: focus on relationships, not accolades. Throughout my career, the trophies never mattered—connections did. Find a mentor whose values align with your own, because skills can be taught, but true alignment cannot.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in work and life center on leading by example and breaking barriers. Everything I do is with my daughter in mind—I want her to see that women can build, lead, and rise without asking for permission. My most important lessons haven’t come from certifications but from women-led communities and philanthropic circles that taught me emotional intelligence, mentorship, and resilience. I also volunteer with Safe Families for Children, because true influence isn’t measured in accolades—it’s measured in the people you lift.
