My advice to young women entering this field is simple: don’t give up. It will be challenging, but if you stay passionate and persistent, success will follow. Also, make a point to build strong allyships—having support and collaborators around you makes all the difference.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I face in my field is being a woman in a male-dominated industry. It has often meant working two to three times harder to be recognized and taken seriously, but it has also strengthened my resilience and leadership skills.
