Suz-Ann Olofson

Suz-Ann Olofson has dedicated over three decades to advancing human resources and information technology systems within higher education. With 33 years of experience in the field, including 25 years in IT systems and 21 in human resources, she has earned a reputation as a highly respected Senior HR Consultant at Strata Information Group. Her extensive work with Ellucian Banner® and PeopleSoft® has made her a go-to expert in implementing HR and payroll systems, where her leadership and insight have consistently garnered outstanding reviews from clients and peers alike. Prior to SIG, Suz-Ann also contributed her expertise to Harvard University, further enriching her legacy in academia and technology integration.

Now preparing for retirement, Suz-Ann is turning her attention to a lifelong dream: visiting all the U.S. national parks. With the recent purchase of an RV, she is ready to embrace life on the road and explore the natural beauty of the country she’s spent her career serving.
