What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the resilience and discipline I developed as a dedicated mother of three. Balancing full-time work while raising my children and pursuing my education taught me how to stay focused, push through challenges, and remain committed to my goals. Those experiences shaped my work ethic and continue to drive my personal and professional growth.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance, growth, and connection. I strive to approach my work with integrity and dedication, while also making time to nurture my family relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my two grandchildren and loved ones, which keeps me grounded and inspired.
