What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in healthcare today is patient billing. However, I also see this as an opportunity to improve processes, enhance transparency, and create better experiences for both patients and healthcare teams.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me are family, balance, and enjoyment of life. My daughter is a central part of my life, and I cherish spending time with her. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and watching TV shows, which help me recharge and maintain perspective.
