Tori Copeland, M.Sc.
Tori Copeland, M.Sc, is an experienced Engagement Manager and Operations Lead at OGx, where she leverages over seven years of expertise in project management, change management, strategic planning, and leadership development. With a career spanning both the public and private sectors, Tori is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and solving complex cross-functional problems through innovative solutions. She is committed to continuous growth, learning, and self-improvement, with a strong focus on human capital management, organizational change, DEI, and strategic workforce planning.
Before joining OGx, Tori served as a biologist at the Louisiana Oil Spill Coordinator’s Office, where she applied her analytical and problem-solving skills to protect and restore natural resources, working under key environmental regulations such as the Clean Water Act and Endangered Species Act. Her work included conducting wildlife surveys, analyzing environmental data, and fostering relationships with government, industry, and community partners, demonstrating her ability to manage complex projects and teams in high-stakes environments.
Tori holds a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Ecology and Management from Louisiana State University, where she was recognized with the Black Collegiate Scholars Award and earned a spot on the Dean’s List. Throughout her career, she has combined her technical knowledge with leadership skills to successfully manage internal operations, corporate platform migrations, and client consulting engagements, making her a trusted leader in organizational change and operational excellence.

I attribute my success to a relentless work ethic and insatiable curiosity, which drive me to continuously learn, take on new challenges, and mentor others while finding innovative solutions to complex problems.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are creativity, adventure, and staying active—whether through playing drums, painting, reading, or enjoying outdoor activities like white-water rafting and sports.
