Originally from India, Vaishnavi moved to the United States at the age of 22 to pursue her education. She earned her Master of Science in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University in 2016, following her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from GITAM University. Her professional journey has taken her from early roles as a Web Developer and Software Developer to senior-level Salesforce development roles at Cisco Meraki and Bluewolf, an IBM Company, before stepping into her leadership role at CodeScience. Along the way, she has also earned certifications including Salesforce Platform Developer I and Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), reflecting her commitment to growth and technical excellence.
Beyond her career, Vaishnavi is also a certified yoga teacher and a dedicated volunteer with organizations such as Red Cross Youth and Make-A-Wish America. She values balance, creativity, and meaningful connections in her work and personal life, finding joy in traveling and playing with her dog, who she describes as the light of her life. Her ability to combine technical expertise with empathy and mindfulness continues to inspire both her clients and colleagues.

Don’t be scared or bored of tech—embrace it with confidence, ask questions boldly, and remember that your perspective is a valuable strength in shaping the future of the industry.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field right now is the market itself—it's limiting my ability to take on the kinds of projects I truly want to pursue, but I also see that as an opportunity to get creative in how I position myself and seek out the right opportunities.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Balance, joy, and companionship are most important to me—whether it’s finding fulfillment in my work or spending time traveling and playing with my dog, who truly is the light of my life.
