Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of support, curiosity, and consistency. Staying curious drives me to keep learning, while consistency ensures that I follow through on ideas and initiatives. Equally important are the people around me—the mentors, colleagues, and collaborators who challenge, inspire, and push me to grow. Their guidance and perspective keep me grounded and continuously evolving both personally and professionally.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the marketing and brand industry is to have confidence in your abilities and your voice. Put your foot down and assert yourself—if you don’t, others may not take you seriously. Don’t wait for permission to contribute or lead; take initiative and own your ideas. Additionally, find a mentor who can guide you, challenge you, and open doors you might not see on your own. Mentorship, combined with self-assurance and proactive effort, can accelerate growth and create lasting opportunities.
