Based in Piney Flats, Tennessee, Brittany brings over a decade of experience in aviation records, executive support, and quality control. Her expertise spans FAA regulations, delivery process, and essential business tools such as Salesforce, Concur, Adobe, and Microsoft Office. Known for her collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, Brittany takes immense pride in every aircraft delivered under her watch, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What do you attribute your success to?
A large part of my success is owed to the people and experts around me coupled with my persistence and ability to take feedback. I will never settle. There is always room for improvement and growth is so satisfying!
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Set boundaries and take care of yourself. You have to take care of yourself so you can show up for everything else in your life! Go after things and if you don’t like where you are in life, change it!
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never give up and never take the little things for granted. Embrace every experience, learn from each role you take on, and use that knowledge to become your best—then go confidently after exactly what you want.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field is ensuring that every aircraft customization—from color and interior materials to seat design and installations—meets the highest standards so that each customer is completely satisfied with every detail. Team alignment and communication are critical. Every detail matters!
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, involvement, and showing up for others—whether it's ensuring a customer's experience is exceptional or supporting my daughter’s high school marching band!
