Respect is the only rule you need when working with students. Respect them and they’ll respect you. It’s all about the students. Learn student/staff currency.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are a deep commitment to equity in education, continuous growth, and using my expertise in pedagogy and differentiated instruction to support and empower every student to reach their full potential.
