Seek out a mentor early in your career. The guidance, support, and perspective of someone experienced in the industry can be invaluable to your growth and success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Advanced technology has made an impact of doing business in the insurance industry. Technology offers quick solutions without human interaction which can put a strain on business relationships. Do what is right, not what is easy.
