LeAnn Daley is a highly accomplished Program Analyst at CALIBRE Systems, Inc., where she leverages her extensive experience in military operations, accounting, and healthcare advocacy to drive impactful projects within the Department of Defense and U.S. Army sectors. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being a woman in the Army, earning a Bronze Star during deployment, and finishing my Army career as a Chief Warrant Officer. My work on AI projects and analysis has also been a key part of my accomplishments.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was to never be afraid to step outside my comfort zone. Taking risks and embracing new challenges has helped me grow both professionally and personally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
For young women entering the industry, my advice is to always find time to improve yourself and never let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve your goals. Personal development and persistence are essential.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I face in my work is collaborating with non-civilians on military projects. Sometimes they don’t listen, and navigating that dynamic requires patience and assertiveness.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my personal and professional life are achieving my dream job, spending time with family, and maintaining a strong work ethic. These priorities keep me focused and fulfilled.
