Currently serving as Controller at G.A Production in New Jersey, she plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through inventory management, budgetary oversight, and system optimization, utilizing platforms like SAP, PeopleSoft, and Concur. Previously, she held key roles at UnitedHealth Group (OptumCare), where she supported financial integration and cross-departmental collaboration, and at Bustami & Saheb Trading Co. in Jordan, where she managed working capital and advanced analytical functions.

Rasha holds an MBA from the University of Jordan and a bachelor's degree in Finance & Banking from Al al-Bayt University, graduating with distinction.
