What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The best advice I can give to young women entering the industry is to always fine-tune your craft. No matter how experienced you become, there’s always room to learn, grow, and sharpen your skills. Mastery comes with dedication and a willingness to evolve.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
