About Jen

Jen Fournier, Esq. is a seasoned attorney, executive leader, and organizational development consultant with more than 25 years of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, employment law, human resources, and executive management. She is the Owner and Principal Consultant of Racebrook Consulting, LLC, where she serves as a fractional and interim executive for organizations seeking to strengthen culture, leadership capacity, and operational performance. Jen’s work is rooted in deep listening—partnering with leaders and stakeholders to assess challenges and deliver tailored solutions aligned with each organization’s mission and goals.

Throughout her career, Jen has held senior leadership roles including Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel, guiding organizations through periods of growth, crisis, and transformation. Her accomplishments include leading organizations to state-level Best Places to Work distinctions, achieving top accreditation scores, successfully navigating complex employment and compliance matters, and building resilient leadership teams. She has extensive experience in grant writing, training, employee retention strategies, and change management, and is widely respected for her ability to integrate legal insight with practical, people-centered leadership.

A graduate of The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Jen brings a strong ethical foundation to her work, emphasizing integrity, compassion, and fairness in both leadership and decision-making. She is also an active community volunteer and board leader, supporting organizations focused on mental health, homelessness, and social services. Through Racebrook Consulting and her continued advocacy, Jen is dedicated to helping organizations—and the people within them—thrive authentically, sustainably, and with purpose.
